Every meeting and every document contributes statements to a standardized knowledge graph. There, comparisons are made across meetings, teams, and weeks. As soon as statements conflict or link together to form a risk, a finding is generated, complete with a citation, source, and timestamp.

Meeting AI transcribes in-person and hybrid meetings in real time, directly on the device. The conversation is turned into summaries, decisions, and tasks, all of which can be verified against the original text at any time. These exact statements are fed into the graph above, along with your documents.

The graph doesn't just grow out of conversations. Four building blocks from the current prototype.
Quotes, contracts, and plans are scanned and the information is displayed in the same graph. Discrepancies between what is said and what is written become apparent, with references to the page and line.
Questions in plain language; answers with references to transcripts or documents. What was promised to whom, what is still unresolved, and where are there contradictions in the current status?
Recurring reports as standalone modules, ranging from internal memos in the company's standard format to weekly risk overviews for each project.
Your settings, which are enforced on the device, determine who can view which meetings, documents, and items.

When will the Coherence Engine be available?
It is currently under active development. We can already demonstrate a preview version during a one-on-one meeting. Availability and pricing will be determined during the pilot program with reference customers.
Do I need the Meeting AI for this?
Yes, the Coherence Engine is built on the Meeting AI. It runs on the same device and draws on the meetings that Jarlai already tracks, supplemented by your documents.
What happens to the hardware at the end of the contract?
Jarlai operates on a hardware-as-a-service model. The device remains the property of Intaleon at all times and is returned at the end of the contract, similar to a router from an Internet service provider.
Does Jarlai also work completely offline?
Yes. Full air-gap operation is supported, including offline update packages for maintenance.
How quickly is Jarlai operational?
Plug & Play. Set it up, plug it in, and be productive from day one without an integration project.
